Presumably by now you know my name is Nina. I’m a second-year medical student. I’m a Mexican-American first-generation graduate coming from a low-income family. I’ve lived in an underserved community in Arizona my entire life but moved to Nevada to continue my journey to become a physician. My current interest is either neurology or pathology, but we’ll see what ends up happening in year four.

I love to travel (see this post). But, I also love video games and completing jigsaw puzzles.
